C.elegans

ImageJ plugin for unsupervised semantic image segmentation for SPIM Images of the embryogenesis process of C. Elegans.

The initial step for getting statistical insights of the whole embryogenesis process (number of cells at time t, area of each cell, tracking the position of each cell, etc) of C. Elegan.

On average, the process takes about 2-3 days to complete. Usually, researchers have to manually tag and label them. This software can automate this process

Digital Bacillaria

Bacillaria is a diatom genus in the Bacillariaceae family. Diatoms are a group of Eukaryotic microorganisms composed of cells with silica walls and that exhibit a unique life-history

One of our goals is to use the data extracted from microscopy images to better understand biological processes such as the movement of a Bacillaria colony.

Intially one of our research project, now we have make our model public, so that researchers like you can use this model as a online tool.
